Changeover days are Sunday unless otherwise agreed.
The prices indicated are the prices per week inclusive of internet wifi, water and electricity (but not heating in the case of off season bookings)
The price for low season heating is 40 € per week.
Bookings should be for a minimum of two weeks unless otherwise agreed.
When you confirm that you wish to make a booking we will send you a Booking Form to complete and return to us. A booking deposit will be required amounting to 150€ per week booked. This can be paid either by a French cheque or by bank transfer.
The payment of the balance together with a security deposit of 200€ and any extras required will be due 6 weeks before your arrival paid by bank transfer. We don't accept credit card payments. The security deposit will be returned to you within a week of your departure once we have checked the appartment. The local tax (taxe de séjour) for 2024 is 1.44 € per adult et per night, to pay before the end of your stay.
As with most holiday lettings we require that you leave the property as you find it, including disposing of rubbish but if you wish to have the cleaning done for you, there is a cleaning charge of 80€ for 3 hours, the cost of any extra hour is 30€ if necessary.
If you require us to provide linen, the hire charge is 20€ per bed for bed linen and 5€ per person for towels.
We regret that we do not accept that you bring any animals to the apartment.
